  • What is the difference between EZ Chemicals & EZ Elements?

EZ Chemicals is designed for informational purposes, bulk inquiries, and bulk packaging. In contrast, EZ Elements serves as our online store, where customers can order small packaging.

  • How many Locations you have?  

We have currently two locations USA market and Canada market.

  • Do you have any Hazardous products?  

Yes, we have hazardous products listed on our store, such as Acetone 99% and AEO-7 (Alcohol Ethoxylate 7EO). These products require careful handling, and we strongly recommend using appropriate safety measures, including gloves, goggles, and proper ventilation, when using them. For orders in the USA, please note that pick-up is the only available option.

  • Are you taking orders in advance?

Yes, we accept advance orders for bulk purchases, typically for quantities exceeding 20 kg, depending on the customer's consumption needs.

  • Are you offering customer Pickup offers?

Yes, we only offer customer pickup for Ontario, Ottawa.

  • What industries do you serve with your products?
    • We serve seven industries: Personal Care, Cleaning & Sanitation, Food & beverages, Pharmaceuticals, Industrial Products, Carrier Oils & Essential Oils and Pet Care Industry.
  • What types of products do you offer?
    • We offer a wide range of chemicals and raw materials related to above seven industries.
  • Do you offer customization for bulk orders?
    • Yes, we provide customization options for bulk orders. We have a dedicated sales representative dealing with each industry. For any query contact sales@ezelements.ca.
  • What are your shipping policies and delivery times?
    • We offer shipping all over Canada and USA. The shipping charges vary as per location and the quantity of the products.
  • Do you offer free delivery? 
    • Yes, we offer free delivery on orders over $1,000, but this offer is available only within Canada. Unfortunately, it does not apply to orders in the USA.
    • However, please note that free delivery does not apply to hazardous products. Due to the specialized handling and shipping requirements for hazardous materials, we charge a handling fee to ensure safe and compliant delivery. These charges are necessary because shipping hazardous products is more expensive, and we are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.
    • Can I request a sample of a product before making a bulk purchase?
      • Yes, we offer samples for most of the products except essential oils and carrier oils. First, you need to contact to one of our sales representatives and share your all requirements and explain for what purpose are you using that product.
    • What payment methods do you accept for orders?
      • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for payment.
    • Are any current promotions or discounts available?
      • Yes, we frequently run promotions and discounts. Check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for latest offers.
    • What is your return and refund policy?
      • As we are chemical distributors. These chemicals are very active and reactive in nature so we cannot offer returns.

      • Yes, most of our products are organic and plant based.
