The program offers tiered memberships to enhance rewards:

• Bronze: Automatic entry for customers. Will receive 20 points for every $1 spent, and will get an extra 10% coupon code emailed to them after completing their 10th order (per calendar year).
• Silver: $3,000 minimum annual order spend. Customers are rewarded with 40 points for every $1 spent, a 5% off coupon if their orders are over $1,000, and will get a free delivery coupon emailed to them upon completing 10 orders (per calendar year).
• Gold: $9,000 minimum annual order spend. Customers are rewarded with 60 points for every $1 spent, a 10% off coupon if their orders are over $1,000, and will get a free delivery coupon emailed to them upon completing 10 orders (per calendar year).
• Diamond: $30,000 minimum annual online order spend. Customers are rewarded with 80 points for every $1 spent, and will get free delivery on all orders placed online.

5. Referral Program

Members can earn rewards by referring others:

• Advocate Reward: Receives a $20 coupon after a successful referral. The coupon expires 3 months from the referral date and is valid on a minimum purchase of $40 before discounts, shipping, and taxes.
• Referral Reward: Receives a $10 coupon on their first purchase. The coupon expires 3 months from the date provided by the advocate and is valid on a minimum purchase of $20 before discounts, shipping, and taxes. Additionally, new customers receive a 5% discount and 100 points upon signing up for the loyalty program.

6. Redeeming Points

Accumulated points can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. The conversion rate and minimum points required for redemption are subject to change and will be specified on the EZ Elements website.

7. Coupon Usage
