I ordered Coco Glucoside Low Viscosity and wanted to support a local supplier, hoping for a reasonable turnaround. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short.
First, the phone number listed online does not work. Communication is limited and unprofessional for a business.
I placed my order on a Friday. I didn't hear anything until Monday, when I received an email saying my order would be ready in another 3 business days. I then waited for a follow-up email confirming it was ready for pickup — that email never came. After waiting about 8 days, I reached out myself and was told the order had been ready. No one had notified me.
For context, they do offer a same-day rush option for $50 — but given how the regular process unfolded, I'm glad I didn't pay for it, as the standard order alone took over 10 days with zero proactive communication.
Pickup was also a confusing experience. The signage directs you to units 18 and 19 at the front, but staff sent me around to a loading dock at the back with no clear directions. I ended up calling again just to figure out where to go.
The product itself is unique and this appears to be one of the only local sources for Coco Glucoside Low Viscosity, which I appreciate. But between the non-functional phone line, no pickup notification, and the chaotic pickup process — the overall experience was not worth it. Next time I will simply pay for shipping and save myself the 10+ days of waiting and hassle.
Coco Glucoside is good, going to try the high viscosity next!

The shipment came decently packed, but a few bottles of liquid leaked a little. Not enough that it affects value, but enough that they were slippery and have to be cleaned off. Everything came with paperwork for a certificate of analysis and country of origin though, which is helpful for commercial use.
