Description: Coco Diethanolamine (CDEA) is a coconut-derived surfactant and viscosity builder that serves multiple functions in personal care and household formulations. It acts as a foam booster, thickener, and emulsifier, improving the feel, appearance, and performance of shampoos, liquid soaps, facial cleansers, and bubble baths. CDEA enhances foam density and texture while also stabilizing surfactant systems. It is compatible with both anionic and non-ionic surfactants and helps reduce irritation caused by harsh primary cleansers. CDEA also improves product viscosity, making it easier to create thick, luxurious cleansing products. This product works better in my shampoo bars better than many other surfactants that I have tried. The quality is amazing and the rich lather is beautiful. Along with CAPB ( to create a milder affect) these 2 products work together for a beautiful outcome.
