Sucralose

Sucralose is a non-nutritive, high-intensity sweetener that is approximately 600 times sweeter than sucrose (table sugar). It delivers a clean, sugar-like sweetness without the bitterness often associated with other artificial sweeteners. Sucralose is heat-stable and pH-stable, making it ideal for use in baked goods, beverages, dairy products, tabletop sweeteners, pharmaceuticals, and personal care formulations such as mouthwash and toothpaste.

Unlike sugar, Sucralose is not metabolized by the body for energy and therefore contributes no calories. It also remains stable under processing and storage conditions, ensuring consistent sweetness throughout product shelf life.
